Experience Australian wildlife at Jirrahlinga, established over 30 years ago by Tehree Gordon as a sanctuary and wildlife shelter for orphaned and injured wildlife. Don’t waste the day watching the world on TV or on your computer, visit Jirrahlinga and see it first hand, listen to the keepers and ask them questions, they are only too happy to help pass on their skills and knowledge. Meet the collection of Koalas, Wallabies, Echidnas, Dingoes, Raptors and more. Listen to the experienced wildlife handlers. The kids will love patting the animals and the photo opportunities with many of the animals. Jirrahlinga also offers an Animal and Water Bird Rescue service for injured animals. If you would like to help bushfire wildlife and animal survivors, Jirrahlinga Koala and Wildlife Sanctuary have organised Team Rescue Jirrahlinga. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a registration of interest form.
