Country Dahlia’s has over 20,000 stunning Dahlia bushes in bloom and is open for the public to come along and view and appreciate between 9 March – 22 April, 2019. Spanning over two acres, this beautiful blanket of Dahlia’s is a must see and has been featured on ‘Better Homes and Gardens’. Bus tours are very welcome and access provided is wheelchair friendly. Open six days a week, between 9.30-4pm however, please note it is closed each Friday. Entry for Adults is $8 which includes complimentary tea and coffee and children’s entry is free.
Myron Pourier, great, great Grandson of renowned native American ‘Black Elk’, will share his knowledge and stories about this visionary man and his wider Indian heritage. Pourier also works tirelessly promoting cultural bridges within society and will also share some intriguing details about his history as a native American from the Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, USA.
