Here is your chance to check out this free, family-friendly activity zone!
To celebrate World Water Day, Barwon Water will be opening the doors of the Museum on Saturday 22 March 2025 from 11am to 3pm.
But isn’t the Museum all about sewerage? What’s that got to do with World Water Day?
Well, did you know that sewage is actually 99.8% water? And that it can be transformed into recycled water for beneficial reuse? Our sewerage systems play a key role in helping us diversify our water sources. We can guarantee you’ll learn something new when you visit!
We’ll also be sharing tips and information on how to save water, and there will be give-aways too.
Please note, The Museum of Modern (f)Art is in the base of the Barwon Water building at 55-67 Ryrie Street Geelong, accessible through the Aitchison Place entrance, facing the rear of Geelong Arts Centre.
