Celebrate the magic of Tết Trung Thu
This family-friendly festival brings Vietnamese culture, community and tradition to Geelong. One of Vietnam’s most cherished celebrations, Tết Trung Thu is a time for families to gather, children to enjoy colourful lanterns, and communities to share music, stories and festive traditions.
Enjoy Vietnamese cultural performances, traditional music, lantern-inspired activities, children’s entertainment and a warm multicultural atmosphere. Whether you are reconnecting your family with Vietnamese heritage, an international student seeking connection, or simply curious about Vietnamese culture, everyone is welcome.
Proudly organised by Vietnamese People of Geelong, a volunteer-led not-for-profit group, the event celebrates culture, strengthens intergenerational connections and brings people together across Greater Geelong.
Suitable for all ages. Please register through Humanitix to help us plan. We look forward to celebrating with you under the Mid-Autumn moon.
