The Paddock Bakery Is Coming In April 2024

Originating in Burleigh Heads QLD this iconic eatery has wowed patrons since 2019, renowned for their unique wood-fired sourdough, irresistible creme brulee doughnuts and decadent range of mouth-watering pastries. Adored by both locals and holiday makers, it’s always been the perfect excuse for a delicious midday or any day, bite.

Fast forward and five years on, this Qld institution is now Geelong owned. 

Working tirelessly towards an exceptional local concept, they are utilising the very best of the ‘Paddock’ brand, with the in-house menu being designed and delivered by local and well-known culinary talents. The result will be an incredible breakfast and lunch food experience like no other.

Their licensed café will be open 7 days a week and will no doubt become a must do destination within the historical Federal Mills precinct.

The heart and soul of Paddock Bakery is their hand-built wood fire oven, made with antique red bricks collected from all around Australia, it will be endlessly nurtured by experienced hands, creating what is planning to be the best wood-fired Sourdough around.

There is plenty of seating in their spectacular pet-friendly courtyard and their historic café and large groups are always welcome and the space is also available for functions.

Come and enjoy the creative flair and warm hospitality that the passionate team will be delivering daily from 6:30am. 

Opening hours are Daily – 6:30am – 3:00pm.


The Paddock Bakery will be closed however on Good Friday / Christmas Day / Boxing Day & New Year’s Day.
