Experience The Excitment Of The Rock Adventure Centre

Open Seven Days During School Holidays

Since 2001, The Rock Adventure Centre has been Geelong’s vertical obsession. Located on the banks of the beautiful Barwon River in Newtown, they are proud to have celebrated their 23rd Birthday Party this year and are still going strong, offering both locals and visitors to Geelong an exciting and fun adventure to be shared with family and friends.

During the school holidays, The Rock is open to the public from 12pm, seven days a week. Rock climbing is an ideal activity for the whole family to enjoy together and their professional instructors are always available to show beginners the ropes.

Rock climbing offers a multitude of benefits for both the body and mind. Physically, it is a challenging full-body workout that strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves balance and coordination. Mentally, rock climbing requires problem- solving skills, focus, and determination, which can enhance cognitive abilities and boost self-confidence. Overall, rock climbing
is a thrilling and rewarding activity that promotes physical fitness, mental strength, and a sense of adventure.

During the School term the Rock offers a Climb-it Club for primary aged Kids. Two sessions of structured and supervised climbing and training per week, working up to the end of term Outdoor Trip to test out their skills on the local cliffs.

There is also a great range of birthday party packages available and group bookings are welcome.
