Winter Fun Returns To Adventure Park  

Winter family fun is coming back to Adventure Park for the school holidays with the return of their annual snow festival, Winter Glow.

Featuring the state’s biggest snow play zone outside of the ski resorts, Winter Glow is five hours of family fun and entertainment from 22 June to 21 July, 3.30pm-8.30pm.

The festival brings snow, lights, fire, ice and theme park rides together into one epic event, the biggest winter event in the region. 

Visitors can experience realistic snow and build a snowman, see spectacular fire-twirling and ice-carving displays, see millions of twinkling lights and ride awesome theme park rides all right here in Geelong and all included with admission.

Roast marshmallows over the fire with the kids and sip on silky hot chocolates, mulled wine and hot buttered rum. Kids will love the loaded hot chocolate creations topped with chocolate bars, lollies, sprinkles, fairy floss, cream and more.

City Of Geelong Bowls Club

The Restaurant & Bistro That Is Wowing Geelong

With a strong focus on providing an enjoyable space for Geelong locals and visitors to eat, drink and socialise, The City of Geelong Bowls Club features the only undercover bowling green in the region, as well as a pro bowls shops and clubhouse with a licensed restaurant and bistro that is open 7 days a week. 

This month they are excited to share a huge variety of menu options at great prices, to make your dining out options simple. Their full bistro menu is available for lunch and dinner every day, as well as a special seniors menu and senior specials daily. The seniors meals are available for anyone with a current seniors card and these specials change weekly. 

Tuesdays feature their ‘Parma’s of the world’ for lunch and dinner, for only $22. Wednesdays are their mouth-watering steak specials for both lunch and dinner for only $30. On Thursdays they serve up their chef specials for lunch and dinner, changing weekly, so you can always try something new and delicious, with chef specials also available on Fridays and Saturdays. 

If you love the idea of a traditional roast on Sundays, then a visit to the Clubhouse is in order, with their Sunday lunch carvery, an all you can eat 3 course meal for only $28. On Sundays the dinner bistro menu and other specials are also on offer. 

Their cafe, with friendly staff and incredible barista made coffee, with a full cafe menu is available daily from 10am - 4pm, with  a coffee and cake deal for only $8.50 from Thursday to Saturday. 

Catering to all tastes, and providing a huge range of options, along with all of the daily specials, the full bistro menu is also available for those who wish to order something a little different. 

The Clubhouse at City of Geelong Bowls Clubs is a warm and relaxed environment, yet is also spacious and caters to large bookings. So if you have a large party hoping to dine with them, just give them a call and their friendly staff will arrange your booking.  

With such fantastic deals on offer every day for both lunch and dinner, and a wonderful team ready to welcome you, the Clubhouse restaurant and bistro is a must visit.
