Waterfront Geelong – Discover the Difference
Visit Waterfront Geelong to enjoy beautiful bay views, delicious food and wine, and a walk around the promenade.
From the waterfront you can stroll into Central Geelong for some retail therapy and a coffee in one of the many hidden cafes.
If you're visiting Geelong for the first time here is a list of must-dos in our city:
• The Baywalk Bollards - stroll along the waterfront and meet these well known local characters.
• Oustanding Restaurants - sample som fine food and wine in the city centre and on the waterfront.
• Shopping - there's plenty on offer in our two major shopping centres, but make sure you explore the side streets and laneways too!
• Culture - see a show at the Geelong Performing Arts Centre or take in a world-class exhibition at the Geelong Gallery.

The Carousel
Experience the magic of the C1892 fully restored Armitage Herschell Carousel and the 1898 Gavioli Band Organ.
Monday to Friday 11am to 4.30pm. Saturday 10.30am to 6.00pm. Sunday 10.30am to 6.00pm.
Children: $3.60. Adults: $4.10. Pensioner: $3.60.
• Souvenirs, ice-creams, drinks and snacks.
• Multi-ride tickets available.

Geelong Botanic Gardens
Autumn at the Gardens
Make the most of sunny autumn days with a visit to the Gardens. Autumn leaves and flowers not to be missed. Meet up with family and friends at the Teahouse for a latte or lunch and try the new menu.

Learn about traditional plant use from around the world on this guided tour Sunday 13 May at 2.00pm.
Weekly Guided Tours – Wednesday 10.30am and Sunday 2.00pm
Meet your volunteer guide at the entrance to the Botanic Garden. Gold Coin donation to the Friends of Geelong Botanic Garden.
Located in Eastern Park, the Botanic Garden is a social place where you can meet at the Teahouse, a group tour or special occasion.
Garden open daily 7.30am to 5.00pm
Teahouse 9.30am to 4.00pm.
